Account & Registration

Account Registration Million8 is free and straightforward. Click the "Register" button at the top of the page, fill in the form with your full name (as shown on your MyKad), an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and choose a username and password. Minimum age to register and use the platform Million8 is 18 years old. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. Any account found to have been registered by a minor will be terminated immediately and the remaining balance held pending investigation.

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one million8 account only. Multiple accounts are a violation of our terms of use. If our system detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended. Changes to your phone number will require OTP verification on your old number first, for security purposes. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is the process by which Million8 requires you to verify your identity before making your first withdrawal or when your withdrawal amount exceeds a certain limit. You will need to submit a copy of your MyKad (front and back) along with a selfie holding your MyKad. The verification process is typically completed within 1–2 business days.
