1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Million8. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the online betting platform Million8 on the million8.net website, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

You are responsible for ensuring all information in your account is accurate and up to date. Million8 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests that exceed a certain amount.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the Million8 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local banks

Minimum deposit at Million8 is RM 10 per transaction. No hidden charges are imposed by Million8 for the deposit process. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

For withdrawals, Million8 will process requests within 5 to 30 minutes upon verification. Before your first withdrawal is approved, you may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30.

Million8 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal if there is reasonable cause to investigate suspicious activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or violations of these terms.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

From time to time, Million8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotion.

General terms applicable to all bonuses and promotions Million8:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used for entertainment purposes — Sports Betting (football, cricket, badminton), slots, and Live Casino on the platform Million8.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.

5 Betting & Game Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the platform Million8 subject to the following rules:

• All bets that have been confirmed and accepted are final and cannot be cancelled except in the event of a clear technical error.
• If a sporting event is cancelled or not concluded in accordance with the established rules, Million8 reserves the right to declare the relevant bet(s) void and refund the amount to the member.
• Displayed odds may change before a bet is confirmed. The applicable odds are those recorded by the system at the time the bet is accepted, not the odds shown when you click the bet button.
• The use of any automated software, bots, or artificial systems to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Syndicated betting or collusion between members to manipulate game outcomes is a serious offence that may result in legal action .

For casino games at Million8, all slots and table games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently certified by a third-party authority. This ensures every game outcome is random and fair for all members.

6 Account Security and User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential Million8 yours, including your username and password. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

You agree to:

• Not share your account login credentials with anyone.
• Not allowing any other individual to use your account.
• Notify Million8 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
• Using a strong password and changing it regularly.

7 Prohibited User Conduct

• Using third-party software, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer support staff Million8.
• Using the Million8 for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.

Any breach of the above may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable.

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Any losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform.

Million8 strives to keep the platform running without interruption 24 hours a day. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors or service disruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

11 Account Termination and Closure

You may close your account Million8 at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled, or any associated bonuses will be forfeited.

Million8 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.

• Upon instruction from the relevant authorities.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the Million8 must first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.
